During the period leading up to the high school selection, we have the following dates and times for open houses. You are welcome to visit our school; we will explain how we work with study environment – in both Swedish and English – as well as speech.

About school
Amerikanska Gymnasiet in Halmstad is at Linjegatan 12 just by Laholmsvägen. Besides being centrally located in Halmstad within walking or biking distance of the city, the school also has excellent bus connections for commuting.
Amerikanska Gymnasiet is situated directly adjacent to the Halmstad University Campus giving ample opportunity for the school and university to work together.
The building is modern and has previously been used by the university. There are already lecture halls ready to be used. We are renovating the interior of the school step by step and are adding more classroom models, Homebase and “American Diner”, the school’s concept for school meals.
